Seriously, you can make sweet pancakes with just one banana and one egg. A grain-free, gluten-free, nut-free pancake? Heck, yes!
These babies are sweet. Really sweet. My husband likened them to French Toast. We tried putting coconut butter and/or honey on top and no one in our family wanted it - they wanted them plain. Like any pancake you can pour things on top of them like maple syrup or honey. If you eat nuts you can spread on your favorite nut butter. If you're me, you just want them with bacon. Bacon! Bacon! Bacon! Ingredients: 1 banana 1 large egg (If your banana is really big, you might need two eggs.) Directions:
